Classes & Bookings

The Pilates Pad utilises specialty equipment such as the reformer, cadillac, wunda chair, swiss balls, bands and circles. Your injury status will be screened before commencement of your program. The Pilates Pad may be undertaken as a semi-private appointment (sharing your instructor with two to six people), however you will still have individual attention depending on your own abilities, experience and injuries.

If you are after a challenging full body workout then pilates is for you at The Pilates Pad is for you. These classes combine the pilates principles into a dynamic, intense and integrated workout that will strengthen, tone and shape your body. As pilates on the reformer equipment is a resistance exercise, you will be able to change the level to suit your body’s needs to make it as challenging as you like.

 

Class times are: (one hour classes)

  • Monday: 3.30pm – 7.30pm
  • Tuesday: 3.30pm – 7.30pm
  • Wednesday: 6am – 8am /  3.30pm – 7.30pm
  • Thursday: 6am – 10am / 4.30pm – 6.30pm
  • Friday: 6am – 10am
  • Saturday 6am – 10am
